Booking Terms & Conditions
Please review our terms and conditions before making a booking with Supercruise.
1. Pricing & Payments
- All fares are per person, in USD or GBP, based on double occupancy, and include government fees.
- Prices are subject to change until confirmed with a deposit or full payment.
- Some rates may have limited availability and are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All deposit payments are non-refundable, unless the cruise is cancelled by the cruise line or operator.
- In the event of a cruise cancellation by the cruise line, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued.
- Cancellations made by the customer after deposit payment will forfeit the deposit amount in full.
- Filing a credit/debit chargeback after booking a cruise without a valid dispute will be considered fraudulent! In such cases, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, which will include reporting to the relevant authorities.
3. Date Changes & Modifications
- Customers may change their cruise date by providing at least 60 days' notice, subject to availability and any fare differences.
- Date changes within 60 days of departure are not permitted.
4. Cruise Line Policies
- All cruises are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective cruise line or operator.
- Itineraries, ports of call, and onboard services may change due to weather, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Travel Requirements & Insurance
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, and vaccination requirements.
- Travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip disruptions is compulsory.
6. Special Offers & Discounts
- Promotional fares and discounts may be subject to additional restrictions and are not always combinable with other offers.
- Exclusive rates may have limited availability and are valid only for a specific booking window.
7. Cabin Selection & Upgrades
- Specific cabin categories are confirmed at booking; upgrades may be available for an additional charge.
- Some promotional rates may require customers to accept a guaranteed cabin, where the cruise line assigns the final cabin location.
8. Onboard Charges & Expenses
- Cruise fares do not include gratuities, specialty dining, shore excursions, spa treatments, onboard purchases, or other personal expenses.
- Guests are responsible for settling all onboard charges before disembarkation.
9. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
- Supercruise is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
- In such cases, guests should contact the cruise line for rebooking options or travel insurance claims.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- Supercruise acts as an independent travel agency and is not responsible for the operations, safety, or policies of any cruise line.
- By booking with us, you agree to hold Supercruise harmless for any cruise line changes, disruptions, or service issues.
- By booking with Supercruise, you agree to these terms and the policies of your chosen cruise line.
